Over 80 percent of consumers research products and services online before making a purchase decision. That makes your website your greatest sales tool. Knowing this, Sage Investment Group came to us for a new website as well as help building a foundation for their brand.
Below, we’ll share a little more about the client, along with a few ways we brought their brand to life. (Psst.. It’s a little thing we like to call: “immersive branding.”)
Who is Sage Investment Group?
Sage Investment Group provides advanced investors a niche real estate investment fund. As stated on their website, “At Sage we focus on acquiring off-market value-add apartments and repositioning these assets to achieve the highest yield. Providing our accredited investors with a portfolio of real estate holdings that historically outperforms other investment options. Combining the stability of multifamily investing with our proven forced appreciation growth model.”
The Project: Immersive Branding & Custom Website Design and Development
While our integrated growth marketing agency offers many services, we produced a detailed immersive branding package for this client, along with a custom-designed website.
As a developing company, Sage knew they needed to build a brand image to encompass who they really are and create a website to match. This client came to us with the goal of creating a luxury, high-end brand that stands out against competitors.
Additionally, they wanted to make sure the messaging speaks to and reflects their target audience. With that in mind, they intend to use a strong brand positioning and immersive branding to show potential investors that Sage Investment Group has what it takes to outperform the competition.
Sage Investment Group, a newly formed investment company, needed foundational branding to appeal to the right market, a visual identity to compete in a competitive landscape with similarly named companies, and a website to inform potential investors about their options.
Deliverables : elements of immersive branding and custom design
Our team kicked off this project with an immersive branding package. We developed a comprehensive brand story as well as all supporting visuals and messaging materials.
Our first step was sitting down with Sage to discuss their vision and goals for the brand. Through research and multiple branding exercises, we determined the brand promise, story, pillars, pitch, personas, personality, and sample messaging.
After establishing the brand, we worked on the visual identity. First up was a custom logo design. With clear direction from the client, our team developed custom typography, brand colors, textures, and secondary logos.
Once the brand guide, custom logo design, and identity guide were finalized, we moved into the marketing collateral and graphics to align with the brand and, eventually, the website design and development.
In time, we created more marketing collateral, including business cards focused on brand introduction. Additionally, we crafted PowerPoint templates, email signatures, and brand posters for continued brand recognition.
Without delay, we jumped into the website creation process by determining the layout with a sitemap. Our team focused on continually growing content based on Sage Investment Group’s growing portfolio, content outline, and responses to the initial branding exercises. We developed search-optimized, customer-facing content to help get the brand found on the web by the right users.
By the time the website mockups were approved, we started the website development. After finalizing the complete website build, we were ready to launch. However, before going live, we tested everything to ensure all functionalities were present and working correctly.
When Sage Investment Group came to us for help with immersive branding and website design and development, we were happy to oblige. We launched a seamless, user-friendly website that encompasses what the brand stands for while staying true to the client’s goals.
Sage Investment Group has a successful brand that displays consistency at all touch points. On top of that, they have a lead-generating website that provides one of the best immersive brand experiences through its visuals, content, and functionality.
